  Message to all Landlords. Do not use Keys & Lee to manage your property under any circumstances.
  Keys & Lee failed to renew the gas certificate on expiry despite having received 4 reminder letters from British Gas;
  Keys & Lee failed to report the fact that the property had deteriorated under their management which required repair works costing £10000; Keys & Lee failed to pay rent received to me on time;
  Keys & Lee allowed rental arrears to build up without taking any action;
  Keys & Lee failed to find a suitable replacement tenant in 4 months ( the new letting agent found a suitable tenant within 3 days of being instructed).
  
  I sincerely regret having to make these comments but I would not want other Landlords to be treated in this way.
